People often don’t give themselves permission to live their life, the way they want to, because they are worries about what other people will think of them. Often people don’t think they are worthy enough to take care of themselves and sometimes lose themselves as they take care of other’s needs and desires.
We provide a platform where you can learn how to build your self-esteem, seek happiness and built a fulfilled life, at the same time as having healthy relationships.
Our offerings have grown out of the publication Give YourSelf Permission to Live Your Life by Priya Rana Kapoor, MMFT – Life coach & editor-in-chief. In the book she takes the reader through the “Permission Journey”, a focused, easy and fun 8-step process to get yourself to a place of being able to give yourself permission to live your life – the way you want to, not the way others want you to.
In addition to private 1-2-1 coaching on your own personal issues, Priya also offers an 8 week private 1-2-1 coaching course, based on the principles of her book. The private coaching course above will soon be offered as an e-course.
Just in time for the 2016 holiday season we will be publishing the Give YourSelf Permission Anthology, which will be a collection of similarly inspiring and insightful personal stories of breaking free of expected norms to live an empowered life. Not to be missed!
Last year we published the Give YourSelf Permission® Magazine where readers are presented with a collection of inspiring real-life stories by everyday people. These individuals have achieved their goals by following their dreams and breaking out of their daily routine.
